Spring Break 2023

This year my spring break consisted of spending time with friends and family, working, and spending time outside. Every year my job hosts their easter event and the crowds came pouring in which led the park rangers to close the park a few times due to it being full. I had shifts during the week right after school and in the morning on weekends. The first picture is an example of how long the lines would be that it would take about 15-20 minutes to get through, not including the time it took to find a parking space. The second photo was taken when my BeReal notification chimed and I happened to be with some coworkers in the break area. Towards the end of this event my sisters came to visit me while I was working and I was luckily able to get them a few tickets and a picture with the easter bunny. Another thing I did was celebrate a couple birthdays. I first celebrated my little sisters birthday which was a unicorn themed party that she was super excited for and seeing her big smile looking around at all the unicorn decorations while we sang happy birthday to her was one of the best parts. Secondly I celebrated my aunts birthday but before I got to the party I stopped by the store to buy her birthday flowers and balloon.

Besides working and spending time with family I also spent some time with friends going shopping, to get ice cream, going on car rides or going on Starbucks runs. The 7th picture below is one of the nights that I went out to get joes italian ice. This is a very busy and hectic place because of its parking and long line, but I believe it to be worth it in the end because their flavors are tasty and the line goes by a little faster during the night. This week I recieved my senior class bracelet in the mail that I had ordered since December. I picked the charm bracelet over the class ring because im more into bracelets and I have enough rings already. Lastly are photos of some of my favorite foods I had in the week. I first had a delicious lunch at work thanks to one of my coworkers who brought in enchiladas, rice and beans for everyone to enjoy as we were having a busy day at work. Secondly I had a lunch date with my dad and one of my sisters at cancun juice when my dad had one of the days off. It was nice to go out and eat with him because he works a lot and doesn't get a day off very often.
